How many questions are there in the IBPS RRB PO Prelims?

80 questions for 80 marks in 45 minutes, across 2 sections: Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude.

Is there a sectional time limit in the IBPS RRB PO Prelims?

The Prelims is one 45-minute paper, so there is no separate time limit for each section.

Is there negative marking in IBPS RRB PO?

Yes. In the objective papers, ¼ of the marks given for a question are deducted for every wrong answer. Unattempted questions carry no penalty.

Is there an interview in IBPS RRB PO?

Yes. Officer Scale-I candidates who clear Mains are called for an interview.

How many questions are there in the IBPS RRB PO Mains?

200 questions for 200 marks in 120 minutes, across 5 sections.

Do Prelims marks count in the final merit of IBPS RRB PO?

No. The Prelims is a screening test: it decides who goes on to the next stage, and its marks are not added to the final merit.
