How many questions are there in the IBPS RRB Clerk Prelims?

80 questions for 80 marks in 45 minutes, across 2 sections: Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude.

Is there a sectional time limit in the IBPS RRB Clerk Prelims?

The Prelims is one 45-minute paper, so there is no separate time limit for each section.

Is there negative marking in IBPS RRB Clerk?

Yes. In the objective papers, ¼ of the marks given for a question are deducted for every wrong answer. Unattempted questions carry no penalty.

Is there an interview in IBPS RRB Clerk?

No. Office Assistant selection is on the Mains marks.

How many questions are there in the IBPS RRB Clerk Mains?

200 questions for 200 marks in 120 minutes, across 5 sections.

Do Prelims marks count in the final merit of IBPS RRB Clerk?

No. The Prelims is a screening test: it decides who goes on to the next stage, and its marks are not added to the final merit.
