Fedge Sanqe (“the app”, “we”) is a practice app for bank-exam aspirants (SBI PO/Clerk, IBPS PO/Clerk/RRB, RBI and similar). Some topics are free; the rest need a paid Practice plan or a coaching's course. This policy explains exactly what the app collects, why, who processes it, and how you can delete it. We do not sell your data and the app shows no ads.
What we collect and why
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Account details — your email address and name (from sign-up, or from your Google account if you choose “Continue with Google”). Passwords are stored only as secure hashes by our authentication provider. | To create your account, sign you in, and greet you by name. |
| Target exam you choose (e.g. “IBPS PO”), and the avatar you pick. | Shown on your profile and dashboard. |
| Practice activity — which questions you answered, the option you chose, whether it was correct, and how long you took; summaries of each practice session. | To show your progress, streak, Speed Score and Mistake Notebook. |
| Daily Challenge results — score, time taken and answers. | To rank you on the daily leaderboard. |
| Descriptive test answers — the essays, letters and comprehension answers you write, the candidate name you enter, drafts saved while you write, and the evaluation produced for them. | To save your work, evaluate it and show your results history. |
| Coaching test series — the coaching (referral) codes and access codes you enter, the coachings and series you join, and your answers, score and time on each coaching mock. | To unlock your coaching's mocks, save your attempt and rank you against the coaching's other students. |
| Coaching accounts — if you apply as a coaching: its name, city, phone number and description, and the test series, mocks and questions you add. | So we can review the coaching and show its mocks to its students. The phone number is seen only by the coaching itself and the app admins. |
| Coaching portal payments — if a coaching pays for its portal plan: the plan, amount, dates and the Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's own payment window and never reach us. | To open and extend the coaching's portal and keep a record of payments. |
| Your purchases — if you buy a Practice plan or a coaching's test series: which plan or series, the amount, the dates the plan runs, the coaching's share of a series sale, and the Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's own payment window and never reach us. | To unlock what you bought, show you your plan and its end date, pay the coaching its share, and keep accounting records. |
| Partner applications — if a coaching applies to become a partner: business and GST details, PAN, billing address, owner and admin contact details, branding (logo, colours, faculty photos, social links), plan choices, the bank account for its payouts and a proof document. | To set up the partnership, invoice correctly and pay out the coaching's share. Only the app admins can see it; files are kept in private storage. |
| Contact form messages — the name, email, phone number (optional), topic and message you send from the Contact page, and your account if you were logged in. | To reply to you. Only the app admins can read messages. |
| Question reports — when you report a question: which question, the reason you pick and the note you write (optional). | So we can fix wrong answers and typos. Only the app admins can read reports. |
| Anonymous usage statistics — pages visited, referring site, browser, operating system, device type and country. | To understand which features are used. Collected without cookies and not linked to your account. |
The app does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, files or advertising ID. It does not see or store card, UPI or bank login details.
Who else sees it
- Other users see only your first name, score and time on the Daily Challenge leaderboard. Nothing else about you is visible to other users.
- Your coaching — if you join a coaching's test series (with its access code, for free, or by buying it), that coaching sees your name and email, the code you used, when you joined, and your answers, scores, ranks and times on its mocks. It sees nothing else from the app (not your practice history, Daily Challenge or descriptive answers). Other students in the series see only their own rank and the topper and average scores, not your name. The coaching handles what it sees under its own terms with you; it can remove you from its series.
- Supabase (database and sign-in; servers in Mumbai, India) stores your account and app data on our behalf.
- Google Gemini API receives the text of a descriptive test when you submit it for evaluation, together with the question it answers. No name, email or account ID is sent with it. Google processes it under the Gemini API terms. If you don't want your writing processed this way, don't submit descriptive tests.
- Google (only if you use “Continue with Google”) to verify your sign-in.
- Razorpay (when you buy a Practice plan or a test series, or when a coaching pays for its portal plan) processes the payment under Razorpay's privacy policy.
- Vercel hosts the app and provides the anonymous, cookie-free usage statistics described above.
- Google Fonts serves the app's typefaces; your browser requests them directly from Google.
All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We may disclose data if required by law.
Data kept on your device
The app stores a few things in your browser's local storage so it works smoothly: your theme and language choice, your best Circle Game score, and in-progress answers for a running test (so a refresh doesn't lose them). These stay on your device and are cleared when you finish the test or clear the app's data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account exists, so your progress history stays available. A coaching's portal payment records are kept while its account exists. Records of purchases you made (Practice plans and test series) are kept for accounting and tax purposes even after your account is deleted, but without any link to you. Contact form messages are kept until we've dealt with them and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Anonymous usage statistics are kept in aggregate form only.
Deleting your account and data
In the app: open your profile (the person icon, top-right) → Delete my account → type DELETE to confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and everything linked to it: target exam, practice history, Mistake Notebook, Daily Challenge results, descriptive drafts, answers and evaluations, coaching mock attempts and series memberships, question reports, any partner application, and — if you run a coaching account — that coaching with its test series, mocks, questions, codes, payment records and its students' results on them. Records of what you bought (amount, plan, dates, Razorpay IDs) are kept without your account link for accounting. Messages you sent from the Contact page are kept without your account link; ask us and we'll delete them too.
Without the app: email rohit32860505@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Fedge Sanqe account”. We will delete the account and all associated data within 7 days and confirm by email.
Children
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over who are preparing for competitive exams. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect, and update the app's Play Store data-safety section in the same release.
